Your main tasks:

  • Documentary support for the supply of products to Ukraine, communication with brokers and government authorities to obtain import licenses
  • Materials Management (SAP MM - Materials Management): Creation of purchase requests, orders suppliers, receiving materials, etc.
  • Inventory Management. Monitoring the risks of product write-offs due to expiration dates, prompt response to issues and product delivery delays.
  • SAP IBP. Maintaining the appropriate level of accuracy of the forecast of demand and supply of products. 
  • Formation of periodic reports and analytics at the request of management.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience of 1.5 years in demand planning (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Experience in SAP
  • Proficient in English (oral/written) at Upper-Intermediate level and above
  • Confident user of MS Office, mandatory knowledge of MS Excel at the level of complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Possession of analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Attention to details, ability to process large amounts of information
  • Self-discipline, responsibility and proactivity
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Readiness for temporary employment (project until October 2026)
