Certification: ITIL 4 Managing Professional, certificates in customer experience management.
Professional experience:
More than 7 years of experience in IT service management (ITSM) and support.
More than 3 years in the position of head of Servise-Delivery Manager.
Building or centralizing Servise Desk "from scratch" or combining several support services into one (Shared Servise Center).
Implementation of ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, etc.).
Experience in building the first line of support for complex business applications (ERP/CRM).
software development (Agil, Scrum, Waterfall).
Basic knowledge of architectural principles of corporate IT landscapes and principles of service integration.
Experience of budgeting, financial and resource planning and preparation of procurement documentation.
Practical skills in working with service management tools (Jira Service Management/Jira, Confluence or similar)
