We are looking for a Student Consultant who will be the first point of contact between Mate and a person who wants to change his career. Your task is not to sell, but to help: understand what the candidate wants, talk about opportunities and make sure that the person makes the right choice.
Your qualities and skills that will be valuable:
- Developed communication skills: you easily find a common language with different people and you are not afraid to pick up the phone and call a stranger
- Empathy: the ability to hear, what is behind the candidates' words, understand their real needs and motivation
- Organized: you are comfortable working with a large flow of people and keep everything in your head and in CRM
- Proactivity: you don't wait for something to happen - you initiate contact yourself and move the process forward
- A basic understanding of the IT market or a genuine interest in it - to confidently talk about the professions we teach
- Willingness to pass Basic courses in all areas we teach (Recruitment, QA, JavaScript, Java, Python, UI/UX Design)
- English A2-B1 to read and understand our internal documentation
Your additional advantages:
- Experience in customer support with calls (inbound/outbound line)
- Experience in service or consulting roles
- Experience in sales
Your tasks will be as follows:
- Contact our potential students who have registered but have not yet booked an interview - by phone or messenger
- Advise about the format of education, profession and Mate benefits - so that people come to the interview already prepared
- Help candidates decide on a direction: listen, ask the right questions and recommend the track that will suit this person
- Qualify leads: understand whether a person is ready for a full-time training format, direct them further accordingly
- Execute a plan based on the number of signed contracts
- Fix all interactions in CRM accurately and on time
