Charitable Foundation "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.
The SHARP PULSE project is financed by FCDO and is aimed at protecting and supporting the civilian population affected by the conflict in Ukraine. The project is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations, where each organization brings its expertise and works in a specific field. It aims to protect and support IDPs and other vulnerable groups through emergency assistance (evacuations, temporary accommodation, cash support), ensuring access to basic services (legal aid, documentation, social transport), as well as national advocacy for reforms in the areas of protection, compensation and social policy. Special attention is paid to children, people with disabilities, the elderly, veterans, victims of public health and other vulnerable categories.
For this purpose, the foundation announces the purchase of the services of a "Project/Program Manager"
Main tasks:
The project manager will be responsible for operational management, monitoring and communication between all project participants. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the work of experts, area managers and partner organizations to fulfill the tasks and goals of the projects
- Developing a detailed project implementation plan and monitoring the fulfillment of tasks and indicators within the established deadlines
- Communication with partners, project managers by direction, field teams in order to implement project tasks
- Collection and systematization of analytical, visual and administrative materials (forms, photos/videos, reports, etc.)
- Preparation of reporting documentation, according to templates
- Cooperation with the financial and administrative team on budget and supporting documents
- Assessment of implementation risks and prompt response to changes in the process of project implementation
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of project management, social sciences, pedagogy, psychology, public administration or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or coordinating humanitarian or social projects
- Skillscoordinate the work of an interdisciplinary team and interact effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in preparing reports for foreign donors in compliance with project requirements
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written), confident user of MS Office and Google Workspace, knowledge of English from level B2 will be an advantage
