The Strategic Automation Department is part of Falck Digital Technology , which includes three other teams: Data & Analytics, Power Platform & AI Services, and Master Data. Together, we're a group of over 80 data specialists mainly based in Copenhagen and Warsaw offices.

We are looking for a driven, curious, and positive-minded student to join our Strategic Automation team. This presents an amazing opportunity to build your path towards becoming an RPA (Robotics Process Automation) Engineer. As a student assistant, you will work at the intersection of people, processes, and technology.

We are a global team with members in Warsaw, Copenhagen, Colombia, India, and the US. You will be based in our office in Warsaw and play a vital role in our journey to become a data-driven company. We are now offering you the opportunity to learn how to become a frontrunner in designing digital solutions for our global business alongside your 80+ colleagues in the Data department.

To qualify for this role, you should:

• Have a desire and passion to pursue an IT career in the process automation field and a sharp vision of how this role aligns with your long-term goals.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply RPA principles to automate processes efficiently.
• Be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the RPA industry.
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Be proactive and self-motivated towards learning and contributing to RPA initiatives.
• Have a basic understanding of various data disciplines and their applications.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

,[Reporting directly to the Strategic Automation Tech Lead, you will work together with our RPA Maintenance and Operations Engineer and Developers on a broad spectrum of operational tasks. Those include:, Monitoring RPA processes: Keeping a check on the execution of RPA processes and ensuring that they are running smoothly and as expected. Reporting any failures or discrepancies promptly and working towards resolving them. , Supporting end-users who interact with RPA bots. Addressing any queries or issues they may have and guiding them on the appropriate usage of RPA processes. , Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to RPA processes, configurations, and maintenance activities. This includes documenting any changes made, issues encountered, and their resolutions. , Assisting with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Maintenance and Operation Engineer or the RPA development team. , The student role requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, with potential flexibility.]
