We are looking for the firstUI / UX Designer who will help form the design foundation of the product and eventually grow to the role of Lead / Head of Design, for a new product in the Boosta ecosystem, building a data-driven product in the field of assessment and development of cognitive and intellectual abilities.

This is a role for a designer who is interested in not only drawing screens, but influencing user experience, conversions and product solutions, working side by side with product, analytics and development.

What will you do?

• Create solutions for various user flows.

• Research competitors and propose solutions to improve UX/UI.

• Participate in team brainstorms, discussions and presentations of solutions, and design grooming for dev teams.

What do we expect from you?

• High level of work with Figma: deep knowledge of auto-layouts, variables, components.

• Excellent UI skills.

• Understanding HTML & CSS and technical aspects of web platform development.

• Compulsory knowledge of English at the B1+ level (Intermediate+).

• An up-to-date portfolio with commercial cases is mandatory.
