Store manager in EVA – liniya magaziniv

What is required for the position? 

• Higher education

• Experience in personnel management (from 10 people), preferably in retail chains from 1 year. 

• Basic knowledge of a PC (ability to use Word, Excel, e-mail). 

• Implementation of the store's sales plan. 

• The ability to analyze the economic performance of the store, as well as the ability to improve them. 

We are looking for a manager who can motivate, inspire and train his own staff!

Job duties:

• Ensuring high-quality customer service; 

• Selection, motivation and training of store staff; 

• Planning, control and analysis of all trade and organizational processes of the store.
