Job - Administrator store

Responsibilities:

As an Administrator you will be fully responsible for your department, leading and inspiring the team. You will be responsible for increasing sales, customer service and profitability of the store. You will combine your experience, commercial acumen and visual merchandising skills.

Job Description:

• Increase departmental productivity and improve sales efficiency, as well as excellent customer service and satisfaction. 
• Work in close contact with the store director. Control of warehouse stocks. 
• Implementation and tracking of LC Waikiki standards and inspiring the team to achieve them. 
• Establishing and maintaining high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising in accordance with corporate standards

Requirements:

• Higher / incomplete higher education Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills communication.
• Customer orientation.
• Eager to develop, sales and results oriented
• Problem solving skills, ability to organize and plan
• Ability to work in a multinational / multicultural environment
