Requirements:

Experience in the field of manufacturing metal structures or weighing equipment.

Knowledge of the technological process: welding, locksmith, painting and assembly works.

Practical experience of assembly, installation and installation of metal structures of various types (platforms, frames, cases, etc.).

Ability to read and work with technical drawings, knowledge style="font-weight: 700">AutoCAD or similar programs (SolidWorks, Compass, DraftSight).

Basic understanding of mechanics, electronics and metrological measurement systems will be an advantage.

Ability to plan the production process, control the quality of work and compliance terms.

Organizational abilities — management of a small team, distribution of tasks, control of compliance with technological discipline.

Discipline, responsibility, attention to details.

Experience is desirable. in work with weighing or related equipment (engineering, metalworking, structural products).

Duties:

Organization and control of the production process at all stages — from the preparation of materials to the assembly of finished products.

Planning of production work, distribution of tasks between employees, control of plan execution and compliance with deadlines.

Quality control of manufacturing metal structures, welds, painting, assembly and final assembly of weighing equipment.

Development of technical documentation: assembly drawings in AutoCAD (or similar programs), specifications, technological maps (the involvement of a design engineer is possible).

Purchasing and accounting of materials, tools, components and equipment necessary for production.

Conducting inventories (monthly and unplanned), control of inventory balances.

Optimization of production processes — search for ways to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase work efficiency.

Study of the design and principle of operation of products to increase competence and improve technological solutions.

Writing job instructions and control over compliance with labor discipline of shop employees.

Interaction with engineering and service departments regarding the improvement of designs and elimination of production defects.

Ensuring compliance with standardssafety techniques and labor protection in production. Conditions: Stable work schedule: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Timely and transparent payment of wages (without delays).
