Production manager (FPV drones) in NEJET

NEJET is a Ukrainian manufacturer of UAVs (FPV kamikaze, air defense drones, fiber optic drones, ground stations, antennas and related equipment). We develop innovative technological solutions, in particular in the field of radio communication, guidance systems.

Since 2023, our company has been a system supplier of UAVs for units of the Defense Forces, foundations and military units.

Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a production manager who knows how to organize stable production work, keep processes under control and lead the team to the result.

Main tasks:

• Formation and management of the production team: recruitment, adaptation, training, control of discipline

• Management of the full cycle of production: planning, organization of execution, control deadlines and quality

• Organization and constant optimization of production processes

• Ensuring the implementation of production plans and key indicators

• Control of compliance with quality standards, safety techniques and production discipline

• Prompt response to production risks and non-standard situations
