SQL Support Engineerour team will deal with the following tasksdata:
Work in the technical team according to the agreed schedule (day/ night/ 48);
Provide technical assistance to support colleagues - answer internal inquiries and help with more complex issues (without communicating with customers).
Interact with developers and testers to analyze and resolve technical issues.
The filter for this position will be:
The ability to learn quickly and the desire to develop in a technical direction;
Customer orientation, sociability, willingness to work in a team;
Confident use of a computer, higher technical education;
Knowledge of SQL,
Independence, responsibility and resistance to stress;
English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation.
Would be a plus
Knowledge of MongoDb queries.
Experience as Technical Support or QA.
How we interact with candidates:
1 stage: communication with the recruiter online (about 30 minutes);
2 stage: execution of the test (about 1 hour);
3 stage: communication with your future manager online or in the office (about 30-40 minutes).
