You will not be left alone with a response template. You will be there where the impression of the service is formed, and you will be able to influence how the client will feel about our company.

• 42,000 UAH stable rate.

• Schedule 5/2 or 4/2 (upon agreement).

Main duties:

• Communicate with customers in chats (Instagram, website, messengers) quickly, politely and clearly.

• Explain, help, offer options - do not pressure, but support the choice.

• Transfer appeals to the appropriate departments, if the question is more complicated - without losses and delays.

• Maintain a single style of communication - warm, easy and professional.

It is not necessary to have experience in tourism - important desires, contact and willingness to respond in the evening with the same attention as in the morning.
