A critically important organization - the "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" charitable foundation - invites the cooperation of Facilitators to work in children's HABs in the city of Kherson, as well as in the villages of Chornobayivka and Lymanets.
The duration of the project is 12 months from February 1, 2026
We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist who will join the implementation of a humanitarian project aimed at supporting children living in a frontline city.
We offer:
Part-time employment - 8 hours per week;
Professional support and support from the project coordinator;
Work in cooperation with local authorities and communities;
Opportunity to join an important humanitarian mission and really help people;
Experience of working in a stable charity organization with transparent processes
Main duties:
Planning and conducting regular sports, exercise and play activities for children of different ages, taking into account age, physical and psycho-emotional characteristics;
Using sports and mobile games as a tool for psychosocial support of children in emergency situations;
Adapting activities for children with different levels of physical fitness, including children with disability or special educational needs;
Ensuring compliance with confidentiality principles and humanitarian standards;
Maintaining basic reporting and transferring data to the project coordinator;
Working in close cooperation with the foundation team.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience of working with children of different ages;
Education in the field of pedagogy, sports;
Availability FOP or willingness to cooperate in this format is an advantage;
Understanding the context of working with people affected by war;
Ability to quickly navigate crisis situations and make decisions;
Developed communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships relationships;
Responsibility, organization and emotional stability;
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and at different locations within the city.
