A critically important organization - the "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" charitable foundation - invites the cooperation of Facilitators to work in children's HABs in the city of Kherson, as well as in the villages of Chornobayivka and Lymanets.

The duration of the project is 12 months from February 1, 2026

We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist who will join the implementation of a humanitarian project aimed at supporting children living in a frontline city.

We offer:

  • Part-time employment - 6 hours per week;

  • Hourly salary - UAH 9,600 per month (amount before taxation)

  • Professional support and support from the project coordinator;

  • Work in cooperation with local authorities and communities;

  • Opportunity to join an important humanitarian mission and really help people;

  • Experience of working in a stable charity organization with transparent processes

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning and holding regular meetings of "peer-to-peer" clubs for teenage girls and women in the children's club;

  • Ensuring the active participation of all participants a trusting and respectful atmosphere;

  • Integration of topics of GBV prevention, safe behavior, personal boundaries and rights of girls and women;

  • Promoting the psycho-emotional recovery of girls and women affected by war, displacement or crisis events;
  • Supporting the development of self-support skills, stress resistance, self-confidence and mutual support;

  • Promoting the formation of positive self-esteem and a sense of belonging to the community;

  • Ensuring compliance with the principles of confidentiality and humanitarian standards;

  • Maintaining basic reporting and transferring data to the project coordinator;

  • Working in close cooperation with the foundation team.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience in conducting information sessions (in particular, GZN and the like) - will be an advantage; 

  • Education in the field of pedagogy, social work, psychology or related specialties;

  • Availability of FOP or willingness to cooperate in this format is an advantage;

  • Understanding the context of working with people affected by war;

  • Developed communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships;

  • Responsibility, organization and emotional stability;

  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and onin various locations within the city.
