BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), war victims, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. Since the beginning of the military conflict in Eastern Ukraine, the Fund has been monitoring the situation of IDP rights protection, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Today, the Fund works in almost all regional centers and communities within the respective regions.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The position will operate withinproject "Swiss solidarity:Inclusive Protection Networks in Ukraine (IPNU)< /span>», which points to improving access to comprehensive protection services for veterans, their families and populations affected by the invasion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • identify beneficiaries in need of protection assistance;

  • conduct in-depth surveys of beneficiaries in order to identify their needs, vulnerabilities, available resources and assess individual risks in the field of protection;

  • carry out home visits to assess the living conditions of beneficiaries;

  • coordinate with the regional coordinator an individual list of documents confirming the presence of security risks in the beneficiaries;

  • conduct an initial assessment of the documents provided by the beneficiary, if nottranquility, participate in the verification of completeness and reliability of the information provided;

    To carry out a comprehensive analysis of the collected information, describe the available risks in the field >

  • To participate in the monitoring of prices for goods, works, services required by beneficiaries;

  • Advise Beneficiaries on possible ways of strengthening their own resources, including: receiving assistance from other humanitarian organizations and state bodies, registration of social payments and subsidies, participation in vocational guidance programs and creation of your own business, etc.

    Maintain contacts with cases, social workers, lawyers, psychologists, partnerships and other specialists involved in assisting the same beneficiaries;

  • To participate in post-resolution monitoring, including to receive checks from beneficiaries, receipts and other documents confirming the use of funds for their intended purpose, to make home visits; /l>

  • Information about the beneficiaries, provided to the CRM system, provided to them and the results of its use;

    • Higher Education;

      Understanding of Humanitarian Principles;

    • The desire to help people;

    • Good communication skills, courtesy and diplomacy;

    • Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian.
