The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund)-a charity that It focuses on assisting internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons affected by war, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons with increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. Since the beginning of the military conflict in eastern Ukraine, the Foundation monitored the situation of protection of IDP rights, providing legal assistance and strengthening a humanitarian response in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhya regions. Today the Fund is working in almost all regional centers and communities within the relevant areas. Description of the Project span>

Responsibilities and Responsibility
Perform supervisory support of first-line providers of state and volunteer organizations. Contribute to the improvement of the work of: psychologists, social workers, teachers or other service specialists in communities.
Lead response groups and burnout workshops.
Conduct individual supervision meetings or case analysis meetings.
Conduct trainings in communities according to the programs we have. Participate in the addition and improvement of these programs.
Maintenance and timely submission of reports, in accordance with the requirements of the fund.
Participation in external events related to the direction of supervision.
Representation of the fund at thematic representative events as needed.
Understanding and compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in the field of psychological, social or humanitarian sciences.
Completed certified psychotherapy training in one or more methods.
Completed certified training in psychological practice supervision.
Completed psychiatry propaedeutics course.
Completed crisis counseling training.
Courses in coaching, facilitation or group management will be an advantage.
Experience in conducting response groups (process groups) or psychotherapeutic groups will be an advantage.
Experience in psychological work: from 5 years. Experience in supervisory work: from 1 year.
Personal therapy: from 100 hours.
Ability to establish contact with other colleagues and coordinate joint tasks.
Ability to lead groups and educational modules for psychologists
