Main duties:

• Carrying out the full recruiting cycle: preparing and posting job ads on various platforms, selecting resumes, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates
• Organization and conducting interviews with customers
• Support and adaptation of new employees

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in mass recruitment will be an advantage
• Skills in using various channels and candidate search tools and experience in successfully closing vacancies
• Negotiation and work skills with objections
• Activity, initiative, organization, sociability, responsibility, analytical mindset
