Ми шукаємо HR Operations & Employee Engagement Coordinator який(а) долучиться до розвитку внутрішніх комунікацій, підвищення залученості співробітників, координації навчальних ініціатив та забезпечення якісної HR-адміністративної підтримки.
Основні обов’язки:
1. Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
Organization and coordination of corporate events: team building, management meetings with teams, networking, master classes
Implementation of social and charity initiatives of the company
Information support of events: preparation of announcements, reminders, final messages, as well as collection and feedback analysis
Support and development of corporate culture and values through internal activities
2. Operational coordination of training and development (Learning & Development Operations)
Organization of external training: interaction with training providers and support of contractual documentation
Coordination of internal training programs and trainings
Keeping records of training events, employee participation and training results
3. HR administration and corporate management
Preparation of memos, submissions, certificates and other materials for consideration by the board
Issuance of material assistance to employees in accordance with the internal provisions of the company and legal requirements
Participation in maintaining and updating HR accounting systems
Ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and information confidentiality requirements
Candidate requirements:
Experience in HR, People Operations or related administrative positions will be an advantage
Understanding HR processes, internal communications and/or staff training processes
Organized, attention to detail and responsibility
Developed communication skills
Ability to work with documents and information systems
Proactivity and result orientation
