Specialist of the department of support of salaries and social benefits in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

We will need your professionalism for:

• parameterization and maintenance of Contracts on the Bank's salary projects;
• processing of customer information within the framework of concluded Contracts on the Bank's salary projects;
• execution of operations for the payment/return of pension and social funds, control of compliance with their processing deadlines;
• closing/opening of accounts in accordance with concluded Contracts with Pension and social funds of Ukraine;
• processing of letters received from Pension and social funds (return of funds, provision of information, etc.), including control of compliance with the terms of their processing/providing answers;
• control of payment of taxes to payments subject to mandatory taxation;
• reconciliation of accounts used for maintenance of salary projects, pension and social benefits;
• support, control, reconciliation of other transactions carried out using card products within the functional responsibility of the Department;
• writing business requirements for relevant software developers to implement new solutions and improve existing processes, support the introduction of developed solutions into the system and their testing, participation in the management of new projects. 400">
• have at least 2 years of work experience in the banking sector;
• have work experience in the functionality specified above.
• have knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the specified direction;
• have knowledge of Microsoft Office software (special emphasis on Excel);
• able to quickly learn new skills, attentive to details and oriented to quality performance of tasks.
