Mainly tasks will be:
- Development of a plan for the supply of substances, raw materials and materials of current production in accordance with production plans
- Executing operations (creating a purchase request, creating a payment request, a report of completed work, making an inbound delivery) in the SAP system
- Tracking of accounts receivable counterparties
- Inventory control and expiration dates
- Preparation of a package of documents upon request from customs authorities and in case of shortage from the supplier
- Participation in inventory
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher economic education
- Work experience from 3 years in supply
- Spoken English at a level not lower than Intermediate
- Knowledge of current legislation regulating foreign economic activity
- Knowledge of the rules of concluding contracts
- Knowledge of the rules of Incoterms
