Mainly tasks will be:

• Development of a plan for the supply of substances, raw materials and materials of current production in accordance with production plans
• Executing operations (creating a purchase request, creating a payment request, a report of completed work, making an inbound delivery) in the SAP system
• Tracking of accounts receivable counterparties
• Inventory control and expiration dates
• Preparation of a package of documents upon request from customs authorities and in case of shortage from the supplier
• Participation in inventory

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic education
• Work experience from 3 years in supply
• Spoken English at a level not lower than Intermediate
• Knowledge of current legislation regulating foreign economic activity
• Knowledge of the rules of concluding contracts
• Knowledge of the rules of Incoterms
