About the team:

Support Team RozetkaPay is a team of 26 specialists working in different directions. One of them is written support for marketplace partners (Prom.ua, Rozetka, Shafa and others).

This direction is responsible for all requests that may arise from partners: from questions at the start of work and during onboarding to requests related to payments and operational processes.

There are currently 7 specialists and team members working in this team.

Important for this role:

  • experience in customer support

  • ability to work with a large amount of information from different sources, the ability to quickly perceive new information and use it at work
  • ability to convey information correctly, persuasively and in an accessible form, clearly answer questions
  • attention to details, responsibility and resistance to stress
  • ability to resolve controversial/conflict situations
  • willingness and ability to work in a team - mutual assistance, interchangeability, exchange experience
  • literate Ukrainian language

It will be an advantage:

  • experience working in banks or fintech companies
  • understanding of the concept of a transaction and its stages
  • understanding of payment methods (p2p, internet acquiring, trade acquiring)
  • experience working with tools: - ticket system (Zendesk, omnidesk, kayako or similar) - systems for creating/managing tasks (Jira or similar) - admin panel/CRM system (search for information by various criteria)

Tasks:

  • written processing of requests from colleagues from support services of marketplace partners (Prom.ua, Rozetka, Shafa and others)
  • verification, analysis, search for payments that take place on the sites of our partners and payments to marketplace sellers
  • communication with partner banks
  • interaction with other teams within the company

Stages:

  • interview with a recruiter
