What you need to do as a Manager of the coaching department for premium clients:

• Support and improvement of the "Personal Banking" model;
• Market analysis, development and implementation of new banking products, services and processes existing;
• Formation and development of a team of premium managers;
• Preparation of training materials and conducting training related to products, processes and services for new and existing premium managers;
• Control of compliance with service quality standards;
• Cooperation with other divisions of the bank in order to coordinate the work of the direction, as well as ensure the sale of products for premium clients.

Our expectations:

• Higher education (specialist, master) in one of the fields training: "Economics", "Finance", "Banking", "Accounting", others within the field;
• Work experience in the banking sector for at least 1 year;
• Communication, the ability to work in a team and find non-standard solutions;
• A confident user of excel and power point;
• Readiness for business trips Ukraine.
