Purpose of the position:The specialist is assigned a range of questions for which he performs investigative work based on requests from citizens of Ukraine and conducts appropriate search activities on the territory of Ukraine in response to requests from abroad (in partnership with the Tracing Services of the National Societies of the Red Cross or Red Crescent, the International Committee of the Red Cross). 400">

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education
• Various command of the Ukrainian language and knowledge of the English language
• Skills of systematization of information, planning of activities
• Ability to process significant volumes of information and competent management of current documentation/document management
• Willingness to engage in routine work and the ability to determine priorities, attention to details
• Developed organizational and executive skills
• Confident PC user (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, PPT ), skills in using Internet resources
• Experience in communication with different categories of beneficiaries, interviewing skills (according to the principles: listen and hear, look and see, understand and feel), the ability to conduct a dialogue and a structured conversation (identifying the problems and needs of families affected by the armed conflict), ethical behavior, tact and diplomacy
• Mobility and willingness to work outside the office (meetings/contacts with volunteers, visits to beneficiaries of the Tracing Service)
• Ability to work in a team
• Stress resistance and motivation to work in the humanitarian field, willingness to work in accordance with the basic principles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement
• Observance of the principle of confidentiality of information
