The Eastern Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of head of the ecosystem development department for the implementation of the program implemented by the organization.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine.
Application deadline: until December 15, 2025.
Work format: hybrid.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Development of the EdTech ecosystem in Ukraine:
- form a map of key stakeholders: schools, communities, EdTech companies, universities, NGOs, investors;
- identify points synergies between different participants and to build sustainable cooperation mechanisms. Partnerships and coordination: to initiate, build and support partnerships at the national and international levels; to hold meetings, facilitations, working groups; to involve partners in the Center's programs and development of solutions. Capacity building and support schools/communities:
- organize training programs, workshops, mentoring formats for school principals, educational teams and local departments;
- help schools and communities to adapt innovations and digital solutions.
- Localization and scaling of innovations:
- work with technological solutions teams to adapt products to the Ukrainian educational context;
- form recommendations for scaling up successful pilots.
- Communication and representation:
- represent the Center at events, working groups, communities;
- form simple explanations of how innovations work for different audiences.
Qualifications and experience:
- Higher education in social sciences, public policy, education and educational management, management, innovation, communications or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in educational innovation, EdTech, digital transformation, working with communities or development of ecosystems / partnerships.
- Experience in organizing interaction between stakeholders: schools, local authorities, EdTech companies, universities, donors, public organizations.
- Practical experience in creating or scaling educational programs / initiatives where coordination of many participants is required.
- Proficiency in programs: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Meets).
- Basic understanding of EdTech tools and digital platforms. Tools for organizing events / activities (Canva, Eventbrite or similar).
- Experience of project activities in complex conditions: regular communication, facilitation of working groups, integration of solutions in real educational contexts.
- Proficiency in English at a high level - forinteraction with international partners.
