Specialist in working with partners and contracts in lifecell

Your role and value:

Part of our telecommunications group is the company "Volya-Kabel", which invites to its team a Specialist in working with partners and contracts.

In this position, you will be responsible for the development and support of partnership relations, maintenance of contracts and daily interaction with clients.

The following interesting tasks await you:

• Sale of TV channels to pay TV operators and negotiation of commercial terms of cooperation.
• Negotiations with operators and rights holders, support of existing and new agreements.
• Full contractual support: preparation, agreement, signing, extension and control of contract execution.
• Preparation of commercial proposals, invoices and acts, as well as control of the timeliness of payments and receivables.
• Communication with partners regarding marketing and promotional materials, coordination of delivery and technical activation of TV channels.
• Maintenance and updating of databases of contracts and commercial conditions, market monitoring pay TV and changes in relevant legislation.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in areas related to communication with partners, sales or contractual work.
• Experience in negotiations and support of partnership agreements, basic sales skills. 
• Practical experience of working with contracts and document flow.
• Proficient in Excel and ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Strong communication skills, stress resistance and ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Attention to attention to detail, responsibility and organization.
