We are currently looking for candidates for the position of IT support specialist.
Responsibilities:
Reception of user requests in the form of a ticket.
Processing of existing user requests in the system ticket.
Primary processing, troubleshooting and resolution of user requests within the scope of competence.

Requirements:
Technical education and desire to develop in the IT field. font-weight: 400"/>English speaking level is not lower than intermediate. Fluency in German and Polish will be an advantage.
Resistance to stress, multitasking, ability to learn quickly, friendliness, focus on solving customer requests.
Experience in OC administration.
Experience in remote troubleshooting of workstations.
Knowledge in the area of local and wireless networks.
Experience of working with the MS Sharepoint platform.
Experience of working in customer service, in a call center, ServiceDesk, HelpDesk.
Terms:
Official Financial compensation.
The work schedule is flexible Mon-Fri 9.00 - 18.00 or 10.00-19.00.
