Charitable organization "BF "ROKADA"" invites a specialist in working with communities, FOP to cooperate in the implementation of an international-level project with the support of GIZ.
The position involves working directly in communities, regular interaction with local residents, internally displaced persons and representatives of local governments, as well as participation in processes related to return and reintegration population.
Responsibilities
- Work in Zhovtovodsk, Pereshchepinsk and Kryvorizka communities.
- Analysis of the current situation in the communities, in particular the availability of services, services and resources.
- Mapping of available services and community resources.
- Search and involvement of respondents for conducting interviews and focus groups.
- Collection, generalization and systematization information on the processes of return and reintegration on the ground.
- Participation in the development and implementation of social initiatives in cooperation with communities.
- Organization of the exchange of experiences and practices between communities.
- Identification of relevant topics, target groups and training formats for service providers.
- Participation in the preparation and conduct of training events.
- Collection of stories and cases for communication and advocacy materials.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in working with communities and social projects.
- Understanding the context of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
- Experience in the public, social, humanitarian or development sector will be an advantage.
- Developed communication skills, the ability to organize and facilitate meetings.
- Responsibility, independence, ability to work with people.
- Readiness for regular trips to communities.
- Having own car will be an advantage.
