Lviv, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Basic duties:
1. Analytics and research in communities
- Conducting surveys, interviews, focus groups and data collection in each of the three target communities of the region.
- Mapping of key stakeholders: local self-government bodies, social services, TsNAPy, CZ, NGOs, educational and medical institutions, business associations, diaspora initiatives.
- Analysis of the needs of the local population, returnees and IDPs.
- Identifying barriers to access to services, housing, employment, education, medicine and inclusion.
2. Organization and moderation of events
- Conducting round tables, dialogue sessions, public consultations in communities.
- Facilitating discussions, ensuring inclusiveness and participation of different population groups.
- Preparation of analytical conclusions and recommendations.
3. Support of social innovation pilots
- Helping communities in the development, launch and support of local social innovations.
- Preparation of descriptions, plans and requirements for implementation of pilots.
- Coordination of purchase requests (together with the project team).
- Supporting the implementation of pilots on the ground: from preparation to launch and monitoring. Regular collection of photo, video and text materials about the progress of the pilots.
- Trainings and educational events Identification of local training needs based on data and consultations.
- Organization of trainings, workshops, educational sessions (online/offline).
- Logistics coordination: invitation of participants, preparation of premises, materials, technical support.
- Cooperation with trainers and project experts.
- Gathering feedback, preparing short training reports.
- Supporting communities in creating a local core of trainers (ToT).
4. Communication and coordination
- Establishing effective cooperation with representatives of local self-government bodies and state institutions (social protection, education, health care, TsNAPy, etc.).
- Cooperation with initiative groups, civil society organizations (CSOs) andLondon associations.
- Constant communication with local authorities, services and partners and the central project team. Participation in planning, coordination meetings and exchange events.
5. Reporting
- Preparation of monthly reports on completed works.
- Providing supporting documentation: lists of participants, photos, videos, event programs, pilot reports.
- Maintenance of internal documentation as required.
6. Requirements for the candidate
- Status of FOP or willingness to issue it quickly.
- Full higher education in the fields of social work, psychology, pedagogy, administration/management or related areas.
- Experience of working in communities, humanitarian or social projects, local self-government - from 2 years.
- Experience in organizing group discussions, trainings, public events, consultations, facilitation.
- Analytical, communication skills, ability to work with different population groups.
- Willingness to regularly visit the three target communities of the region.
- Desirable: work experience in international projects.
- Advantage: having your own car for trips around the region.
