Responsibilities:

• Selection and recruitment of personnel.

• Organization and conducting interviews.

• Supporting the integration of new employees.

• Conducting trainings and seminars for personnel.

• Maintenance of personnel documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of psychology, personnel management or a related field.

• Willingness to learn and develop.

• Responsibility, communication skills, organization.

• Experience in HR will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
