"Tenth of April" is a public organization that implements the UNHCR program aimed at improving the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by the conflict, by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promoting legislative changes, and involving communities to responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with the authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. Provide advisory assistance, disseminate information about access to social services, legal, psychological, and other types of assistance.Visit state bodies and establish effective communication with government officials, with the goal of monitoring the situation and forming an algorithm for solving the beneficiaries' problems.Identify volunteers, initiative groups and/or associations of citizens, organizations that provide assistance to refugees with the aim of establishing cooperation.Provide advisory and methodical support on issues of organizational development to volunteers/initiative groups/citizen associations/organizations engaged in public activities.Model, organize and conduct educational and educational activities, as well as activities aimed at expanding community opportunitiesProvide assistance in drafting project documentation, preparation of methodical materials, accompanying documentsProcess requests and appeals for assistance based on the conducted assessment.Compile reports, descriptive reports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other internal organizational documentation.Work with automation tools for program scaling and involvement of target population groups.Implement referral to other project specialistsfor receiving legal, psychological and other types of assistance. To file cases, manage document circulation, in accordance with the established methodology and local regulations of the Organization. Formation of a database by areas of work. Select, update, supplement information on the availability and availability of certain services for recipients of assistance in the direction of the project. Provide advisory assistance, organize the dissemination of information on access to social services, legal, psychological and other types of assistance. Participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to the implementation of the project as instructed by the management.Submit daily reports on the results of their work and other reports with the periodicity established by the project management or the President of the Organization.Execute plans, tasks and programs.Provide methodical assistance, mentoring and mentoring to all project participants and Organization employees in this direction, in particular, on issues of establishing cooperation with volunteers/initiative groups/associations of citizens/organizations engaged in public activities, organization of events and drawing up of project documentation, preparation of methodological materials, accompanying documents.Comply with the requirements of regulations on labor protection, fire safety, environment and local regulations of the Organization, observes norms, methods and techniques of safe performance of workQualification requirements:
- Education: Higher education in the field of humanities, international relations, law, social work or related disciplines.
- Work experience: Work experience in a humanitarian, non-governmental or international organization will be an advantage.
- Skills: Knowledge of the principles of humanitarian activities, understanding of the work of clusters, basic international standards Possession of modern digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace), ability to work with databases and e-mail. Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work with a large amount of information 400">Personal qualities: Responsibility, attention to details, diplomacy.
