We will need your professionalism for:

• technical support and user consultation.
• maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, BFP (installation, replacement, diagnostics, prevention).
• installation, configuration, diagnostics of software and Windows 10/11 OS.
• writing instructions and maintaining documentation.

You are our candidate if :

• a student majoring in information technology or engineering with elements of information technology.
• you have an understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11.
• you are confident in using Microsoft Office 365.
• have an understanding of the operation of TCP/IP networks, the principles of organization of wired and wireless networks.
• have knowledge of PC hardware.
• have English at the level of reading technical documentation.
• knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell (will be a plus).
