General information:

Specialist on work with beneficiaries (Balakliya territorial community).

Main tasks:

·       Organizes and ensures efficient transportation of non-product sets (NFI sets) and chopped firewood to populated areas points of the Balaklia community.

·       Develops an optimal delivery route taking into account geographical features and the distance between settlements.

·     Ensures timely and safe delivery of material assistance to each household within the community

      Implements coordination with the recipients and the charity to determine the exact time and place of delivery.

·       Ensures proper storage of goods and performs all necessary procedures to prevent possible damage during transportation

·       Collects all necessary documentation from households, registers beneficiaries, reports on work performed, provides information on the status of aid distribution and delivery.

Requirements for the candidate:

·       Work experience in logistics, public organizations or humanitarian projects (from 1 year).

·       Ability to organize work with a large volume of documents and data.

·       Experience with route planning and transport coordination.

·       High level of communication skills, ability to work with different population groups.

·       Knowledge of basic reporting procedures and documentary support of humanitarian aid.

·       Knowledge of legislative norms related to humanitarian aid (preferred).

Working conditions:

·       Contract for 3 months

·       Business trips within Balaklia community

·       Teamwork with other departments
