TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. >for the development, implementation and monitoring of methodologies based on collected data to ensure the successful implementation of projects and programs of the CEA department. for the systematization and documentation of information related to the operational activities of the integration of the CEA (Community Engagement and Accountability) approach in the programs and projects of the TCHHU, as well as in the processes of institutionalization in the context of organizational development. This position also aims to coordinate the work of department specialists and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), including the creation and adaptation of technical terms of reference (ToR) for each specialist.
Separately the task is to document the organization's unique experience and reformat it into practical methodologies for further use. The specialist ensures the transfer of acquired experience through a close relationship with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices at the international level.
Responsibilities:
? Development and implementation of methodologies:
- Development and adaptation of methodologies based on data and performance indicators for projects and programs.
- Creation of collection and analysis tools data to improve the quality of the department's operations.
- Evaluation of existing methodologies and implementation of adjustments to improve the effectiveness of program implementation.
- Development of methodologies to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the integration of the CEA approach into programs.
? Coordinating the work of specialists:
- Coordinating the activities of department specialists, ensuring compliance with specific approaches in their work.
- Conducting regular meetings with specialists for monitoring and discussion progress.
- Provision of methodological support to specialists for effective performance of their taskstribute.
? Development of SOP and ToR:
- Development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for programs and projects of the department.
- Creation of terms of reference (ToR) for specialists on the basis of specific requirements.
- Monitoring of ToR implementation and their adaptation in case of changes in program activities.
? Analysis of performance indicators:
- Definition of key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate the success of projects and programs.
- Analysis of results based on collected data to determine needs to adjust approaches.
- Preparation of reports and presentations on the effectiveness of programs for management.
? Support for staff training and development:
- Development and conduct of trainings and workshops for employees on methodological approaches, SOPs and data collection tools.
- Cooperation with the staff development team to improve the skills of specialists.
- Providing consulting support to regional representatives on the use of tools.
? Collaboration with other departments:
- Collaboration with Planning and Reporting Department (PMER) to integrate CEA into overall programs and projects.
- Interaction with others structural units to ensure a comprehensive approach to CEA implementation.
? Reporting: analysis of collected data.
Documenting the results of CEA implementation in order to create reports that can be used to improve programmatic and operational approaches.? Assistance to the head of the department and general management:
- Assistance to the head of the CEA department in the development and implementation of a system for assessing the quality of the performance of tasks by department employees.
- Development and implementation work plan of the department, control over creation of work plans of structural subdivisions.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the performance of tasks by employees and ensuring the equal distribution of work responsibilities among team members.
- Preparation of management reports on the efficiency of the work of the department and making recommendations to management to improve department performance.
Requirements:
- Higher education in community development, sociology, anthropology , social work or related fields.
- Education in communications, journalism, political science, conflict studies, international relations or related fields will be an advantage
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience in humanitarian organizations, in particular TCHHU, will be a plus
- Clear understanding of the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and the development of training modules and programs.
- Knowledge of gender issues and diversity will be an advantage.< /li>
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- A high level of English will be an advantage
