International charitable organization "Charitable Foundation "SOS Children's Towns" Ukraine invites for cooperation a specialist/person in providing pservices of for social and pedagogical support and development of children in the framework of the project "Together for recovery: psychosocial support and protection of children and families of the Kharkiv region"

Price offers are accepted style="font-weight: bold">until 20.02.2026, including until 6:00 p.m. 

Service provision period: until 12.31.2026

Place of service provision: Kharkiv and Kharkiv region

Requirements for the service provider:

• higher education in the field of pedagogy, psychology, social work, public health or related fields;
• experience working with children for at least 1 year;
• understanding of the age-specific features of the development of preschool and younger children of school age;
• basic understanding of the impact of a traumatic experience on a child’s behavior, emotional state and educational readiness;
• skills for conducting interactive, game and group activities for children of different ages;
• experience in using board games, educational and developmental materials and creative methods in working with children;
• understanding of the peculiarities of working with families from vulnerable categories, in particular families that are in difficult life situations
• responsibility, organization, sociability, stress resistance, ability to work in a team;
• ability to quickly learn new information and work according to methodical recommendations;
• responsible documentation and preparation of reports.

Preliminary content of the service:

Services for social and pedagogical support and development of children will be to be provided in the city of Kharkiv, offline, at the premises of the Customer. If it is necessary to go outside the city (within the Kharkiv region) - the trip will be carried out by the Customer's car. Services include the following:

• working with children with various requests and needs, including children with traumatic experiences, increased anxiety, adaptation difficulties and behavioral manifestations;
• promoting the development of emotional literacy, self-regulation skills and safe expression of emotions;
• development of social skills: communication, group interaction, cooperation and etc.;
• creating and maintaining a safe space that increases the sense of stability, trust and predictability for children;
• development of cognitive and life skills according to the age of the child (attention, memory, thinking, speech, fine motor skills, self-organization skills);

• preparation of children of preschool and primary school age for the educational process at school (as a separate area of work if necessary);
• formation of a positive learning experience, play and interaction with peers;
• use of playful, creative and interactive work methods (board games, movement activities, art elements, group exercises);
• if necessary, providing social support to families and referral to other specialists organizations;
• participation in team meetings, supervisions and responsible documentation and reporting. Document the provided services in accordance with the project forms, provide reports on the scope of work performed to the Customer's representatives.

The service provider must document the provided services in accordance with the developed forms within the framework of the project and, upon request, submit the requested reports on the scope of the services provided to the Customer's representatives.

Each expert can conduct up to 20 classes per month. The actual number of classes is determined according to the needs of the Customer and the presence of children of the appropriate category, with the possibility of adjusting this number upon agreement with the Customer without changing the price.

The price offered by the tenderer must be fixed during the contract and cannot be increased.

*It is planned to involve 1 to 3 service providers, depending on actual needs The customer.

Procedure and deadline for submitting an offer

To participate in the procurement, Participants must submit to the e-mail address: [email protected] the following package of documents until 20.02.2026, including until 18:00 hours:

• Completed and signed Appendix No. 1 (Price proposal) to the Technical Assignment with the signature of the manager/a person authorized by the Participant and with a seal if available; for Individuals, indicate the price "on hand" with deduction of taxes;
• Summary (portfolio) with an indication of qualifications and experience;
• Documents on higher education, documents confirming additional education and the improvement of the level of qualifications of the person who will actually provide services (if the education document indicates a different last name than the current one (for example, maiden name), then add documents confirming the change of last name (marriage certificate, etc.);
• Documents confirming experience of working with organizations of the non-governmental sector (copy of similar contracts, feedback letters from previous customers, etc.); (will be an advantage);
• Scan copy of registration documents (extract or copy of the current Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal and Individual Entrepreneurs, extract from the Register of Tax Payers) (for business entities);
• Copy of passport and certificate of identification number assignment (for FOP and individuals).

Participants who do not meet the requirements of service providers and Proposals sent after the above deadline will be considered invalid and will not be considered.
