Specialist in the organization of container transportation in Metinvest

We are looking for a specialist in the organization of container transportationfor the Group enterprise - METINVEST-SHIPPING

What needs to be done:

• ensure tender procedures on the SAP Ariba electronic platform and by e-mail;
• accompany the pre-qualification of counterparties, compliance checks and pre-contractual checks;
• conduct tender committees, ensure drafting and coordination of tender committee protocols (PTC);
• calculate alternative schemes and costs for container transportation (for example, with unloading of the container at the port with final delivery by road/rail);
• conduct a comparative analysis of procurement efficiency in relation to the Business Plan and last year; 
• prepare analytical reports, pieces of information, letters, slides for presentations
• if necessary, ensure the execution and approval of non-alternative purchases.

Our expectations:

• knowledge of pricing principles of container transportation by sea lines and container terminals;
• knowledge of basic commercial terms agreements;
• knowledge of the pricing principles of UZ tariffs will be an advantage;
• comparative analysis of quoted prices (taking into account deferred payments);
• language skills: Ukrainian - fluent; English – average (sufficient for negotiations); Polish - above average will be an advantage;
• developed level of knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), TM card
• knowledge of SAP / SAP Ariba will be an advantage.
