Procurement specialist in Bayer Ukraine

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Procurement Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, from sourcing suppliers to controlling import deliveries and contract work.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of import deliveries: 
  • Development, coordination with the legal department and signing of import contracts.
  • Request, approval and control of cargo documents.
  • Control over the fulfillment of all requirements and delivery terms.
  • Preparation and control of mutual settlements, acceptance of goods/services in SAP.
• Reliable contractual support: 
  • Creation and approval of contracts.
  • Providing business support in proofreading contracts.
  • Control of the validity periods of existing contracts and their input into the CLMS system.
• Development of partnerships and market analysis:
  • Search and communication with new suppliers, maintaining relationships with existing ones in accordance with company policies.
  • Analysis of the procurement market.
  • Assisting internal teams in the implementation of new procurement policies.
  • Participating in meetings with representatives GEP.

• Knowledge of the program: SAP, Smart Desk, TIMELY, Microsoft Office;
• English proficiency level. language at the Intermediate level
