Key tasks:

• Analyze the current organizational structure of the Bank
• Develop and propose new organizational structure schemes (departments, positions, subordinates)
• Prepare and update regulations on divisions and check employee job descriptions
• Control the migration of functions between divisions
• Participate in business process optimization projects
• Maintain documentation on organizational structure issues

For this position it is necessary:

• Higher education
• Experience in creating and writing documentation
