Now we are looking for a HR Compliance & Military Records Specialist to strengthen our HR team.
What tasks await you
Personnel accounting and management gig contracts:
- Keep personnel records of employees in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in 2 companies.
- Proceed acceptance, transfer, dismissal, vacations, sick leave, business trips.
- Create and store personal files, P-2 cards, report cards, orders.
- Keep staff list and update personnel documentation in electronic and paper form.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Pension Fund, tax and other institutions.
- Formulate gig contracts and additional agreements (change of data, tariff, termination).
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, in particular quotas for persons with disabilities and conscripts.
- Participate in the development of internal HR policies and procedures.
Military accounting:
- Keep military accounting conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
- Update the military records of employees and keep relevant journals.
- Form and submit reports to the TCC and SP.
- Organize notification of employees and control the timeliness of arrival at the TCC.
- Make reservations for employees through the Diya portal.
- Ensure the preservation and confidentiality of military accounting documents.
- Advise employees on issues of military accounting.
We are a match if you:
- Have a higher education (preferably in the field of law, accounting, personnel management or related areas).
- Have 2+ years of experience in personnel administration, including military accounting and booking employees.
- You are well versed in labor and military accounting legislation.
- You work with 1C/BAS, M.E.Doc, "Action.Reservation" and easily adapt to new systems.
- Able to work with large volumes of data, maintaining accuracy and systematization.
- Responsible for details, adhere to deadlines and value order in processes.
It will be a plus:
- Certificate of advanced training in military accounting of the state model.
