Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities in the field of organizational development

• Collection of information and preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports on the BraVo program.
• Responding to NC requests regarding the development of MO within the framework of BraVo.
• Coordination of MO development activities together with the chairman and volunteer leader of the MO.
• Methodical and technical support of the MO BraVo implementation team.
• Providing responses to requests regarding the development of the organization, volunteering and youth.
• Joint distribution of roles in the Ministry of Defense team.
• Using and implementing tools for attracting resources at the local level.
• Coordination and implementation of the Ministry of Defense development plan, reporting to regional specialists.
• Implementation of the tools of the concept of "More safe access".
• Participation in the activities provided for by the Memorandum and program documents.
• Performance of administrative functions in the field of organization development.
• Support and assistance in changing the organizational structure of the OO, implementation of new regulations on the MO.
• Implementation of tools for caring for staff and volunteers, support of MO specialists.

2. Responsibilities in the field of volunteering and youth development

• Determining the areas of involvement of volunteers.
• Assessing the needs of volunteers and organizing their involvement.
• Assessing the needs for the implementation of youth programs and coordinating their implementation.
• Participating in the assessment of the needs of volunteers and community youth.
• Coordination and administrative support of activities for the development of volunteering and youth.
• Preparation job descriptions for volunteer programs.
• Interviews, selection and confirmation of volunteers.
• Provision of volunteers with resources, certificates, uniforms, protective equipment.
• Maintenance of volunteer registers, accounting of volunteer hours, documentation.
• Organization of training, orientation and training for volunteers.
• Conducting volunteer meetings, exchange of experience, events motivation.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of work with volunteers and youth.
• Dissemination of information and support of relations with volunteer and youth organizations.
• Formation and submission of reports on the development of volunteerism and youth.
• Control of compliance by volunteers with the Code of Conduct.
• Organization of volunteer leader electionsin, supporting his work.
• Implementation of a system of caring for caregivers, monitoring the well-being of volunteers.
• Supporting events for the development of volunteering and youth at the local level.
• Participating in meetings with local organizations, authorities and partners.
• Organizing the arrangement of volunteer and youth spaces/centers.

Requirements:

• Higher education (bachelor’s/master’s) in the field of social work, management, public administration, psychology, humanities or related fields;
• fluent command of Ukrainian;
• confident user of a standard suite of office programs (Microsoft Office, databases, e-mail)
