It is important for us:

• Higher education;
• Experience in sales from 1 year:
• Oral and written literacy, fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• Knowledge of sales stages and the ability to work with objections;
• Owning the ethics of business communication and correspondence;
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
• Proactivity, initiative, work for results.

Your area of responsibility will be:

• Consulting clients by phone regarding the functionality of the site and support in using the service;
• Updating user data, managing the client base and recording communications in CRM;
• Help in creating and publishing vacancies, motivation to actively use the site;
• Training new users to work with the resume database and platform capabilities;
• Organizing meetings and developing cooperation with by government institutions, central offices and NGOs;
• Identifying technical problems of clients and transferring them to the relevant departments;
• Informing about advertising opportunities, site news and providing salary analytics;
• Execution of planned indicators, compliance with work standards.

• Official employment, which includes: 24 days of annual leave and paid sick leave;
• Work schedule from Mon. on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., of course, with a reset hour;
• Medical insurance;
• No need to draw up an official sick leave for the first days of illness, if you feel that you will soon be 100% ready to start work;
