Main duties:

• Participation in the implementation of the bank's communication strategy
content plan for each social network based on the communication plan of business activities and bank directions
• Cooperation with contractors: formation of technical tasks and control over their implementation Copywriting of texts for digital channels, according to the current request
• Formation of technical tasks for designers to create visual content
• Coordination of finished content with customers with a goal publication, control of amendments
• Efficiency analysis and preparation of statistics of individual projects in social networks
• Monitoring mentions of the Bank's brand in social networks, timely operational response to negative, problematic situations
< li>Promotion of the Bank's projects and products aimed at improving and strengthening the brand(s), image and reputation Bank
• Working directly with marketing and PR agencies
• Participation in the implementation of the bank's reputation and communication strategy, coordinates projects, manages document flow
• Approval of informational materials, guarantees and responsibility for their authenticity and correctness
• Interact with business units and HR to promote their goods/services, monitor implementation of activity plans of the Bank's business divisions
• Make regular reports on the success of communication campaigns in the media and social media, implementation of set KPIs for each separate communication campaign

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (in the direction of "Marketing and PR", "Public relations", "Journalism", "Publishing and editing", "Philology and mass communication"; "Management", " Economics")
• 3+ years of work experience in a Bank, financial companies or large system companies
• Experience in writing texts of various forms
• Experience of supporting projects or its parts
• Knowledge of the rules of Ukrainian spelling and the basics of editing texts
• Knowledge of the basics of PR and reputation management
• Knowledge of programs: Figma, PowerPoint, Google Office
• Knowledge in the field of project management
• Budgeting skills and management of project budgets< /li>
• Presentation skills, ability to convey information both to individuals and to groups
• Ability to work in the mode multitasking
• Understanding of general management
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Proactivity and initiative
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business )
• Proficiency in English at Intermediate (B1) level
