• Have a higher economic education;
• Gained practical work experience in Big4 or in a similar position for 2 years or more in a large, systemic company;
• You have in-depth knowledge of financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, analysis, liquidity management;
• Able to think strategically and assess the company's development prospects;
• Have excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Oriented to the result and its achievement;
• Have good management skills, can effectively manage the execution of complex tasks and interact with the team;
• You have high responsibility and the ability to make decisions.

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• Coordinating the process of drawing up budgets of departments and the consolidated budget of the Group, its updating and financial control of execution;
• The process of planning and implementing the Group's payment calendar;
• Coordinating the process of preparing the Group's financial statements, its analysis;
• Improving, developing and implementing policies and procedures that regulate processes related to the Group's financial activities;
• Improving, optimizing and automating on the basis of 1C the process of preparing management reports of the Group's companies, developing IT solutions for the Group's business processes;
• Mentoring and staff development using a supportive and collaborative approach.
