We invite to our team Specialist in personnel selection and adaptation

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a full selection cycle personnel, including development of job descriptions, resume selection, interviews, candidate evaluation and participation in hiring decisions.
• Organization and support of the onboarding program. Organization and implementation of integration and adaptation activities for new employees: from accompanying the registration of employment to the end of the trial (adaptation) period. 
• Effective interaction with stakeholders. Building high-quality professional networking and working on building an employer brand.
• Participation in HR projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting.
• Ability to organize and administer the entire cycle of recruitment and adaptation.
• Knowledge and practical skills in the field of personnel management.
• Knowledge of modern methods and techniques of candidate selection
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Higher education.
• Proficiency in English at the level upper-intermediate and above.
