Hiring process:
We do not conduct "ten" interview stages, because we value both your time and ours. Go through only 2 stages - introduction and technical meeting.

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• analysis of existing processes/data and development of solutions for their optimization
• organization and control of performance of department indicators
• introduction of automation to improve the efficiency of the back office
• increasing the eNPS level of the team
• ensuring effective interaction between the back office and other departments of the company

Challenges for 3 months:
• deep understanding of all processes and goals of the department/department
• growth of levelsi eNPS of the team up to 50%
• audit of existing processes
• development of 2-3 proposals to improve the work of the department with the further creation of a Roadmap that takes into account the strategic goals of the company and the department
• analysis of existing performance indicators and making proposals for new metrics

Challenges for 6 months:
• maintaining the eNPS level of the team at the level of not less than 50%
• improving the level of indicators that were implemented in the first 3 months (record the proposed goal, measure fact)
• development of department development strategy

To achieve results, you will need:
• 3-5 years of experience in a management position in back office processes or related areas
• experience in implementing and optimizing processes to increase their efficiency
• experience in analyzing large amounts of data, preparing reports for top management
• ability to forecast resources, risks and offer optimization solutions
• ability to work effectively in fast-changing conditions
• proactivity and result orientation

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your own work schedule, however, to be effective,
we have mandatory joint working hours -

• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for donating blood
