Wishes to candidates

• Work experience of 3 years or more (preferably in an automobile field);
• Driver's license of category "B" and experience driving a car;
• English language at a level not lower than B2;

• Experienced user of Microsoft Office programs (in-depth knowledge of functions PowerPoint, Excel);

• Have a general understanding of the operational activities of a car dealer;

• Knowledge of business etiquette in communication with partners.

Job duties

• Develop and implement a strategy for the development of the dealer network;
• Search for new partners in accordance with the strategy for the development of the dealer network;
• Support construction projects and projects for the reconstruction of dealership centers;
• li>
• Provide advice to dealers in the process of drawing up business plans, create individual plans to improve the presentation of brands;
• Provide informational support to dealers regarding the latest versions of Manufacturers' standards and recommend innovations ("Best Business Practice");< /li>
• Conduct audits for compliance with the standards of the Manufacturer and Importer;
• Develop and implement DVM programs, monitor the fulfillment of key indicators by dealers;
• Keep reports on the activities of dealers in the region ( "market snapshot") and the level of attendance of dealers;
• Open the "dealer under observation" procedure for the dealer network;
• Communicate with Manufacturers on issues related to the development of the dealer network;< /li>
• Maintain contractual relations with existing dealers;
• Coordinate the process of closing dealers;
• Perform other tasks of the direct manager.
