Lead Mechanical Engineer (UAV RnD team)

Skyeton is an international aviation company that specializes on the development and production of unmanned aircraft systems.

We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer for our team for long-term cooperation. We work in the office in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

You will be joining the RnD team working on the development of new products at Skyeton, aircraft and satellites.

Main tasks:
— Aerodynamic design of UAVs.
—Structural and power design of UAVs.
— Volume and weight design of UAV.
— Designing UAV units and assemblies.
— Preparation of design documentation.
— Design of technological equipment.
— Line supervision by the design team.

Expected skills:
- Experience of 5 years in the role of a designer.
- Experience in the role of Chief Designer/Lead Designer.
- Sound knowledge in aircraft design with the provision of organization of all stages of the development life cycle.
— Aerodynamic design, determination of design parameters, design of power circuits, determination of technological parameters.
- SolidWorks is a freeware, core work program.
- Experience in the field of aircraft construction, space engineering will be a plus.
