We are opening a competition for the position: "Specialist in organizational development".

Functional duties:

• Analysis, optimization and documentation organizational structure.
• Development, updating and coordination of job instructions, regulations on subdivisions, regulations and procedures.
• Conducting a functional analysis of subdivisions for a clear distribution of areas of responsibility.
• Participation in projects of organizational changes and transformations.
• Preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management regarding organizational solutions.
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy, staff performance evaluation systems.
• Cooperation with heads of units on updating functional responsibilities and team structure.
• Systematization.
• Maintenance of procedures (amendments to documents).
• Formation of knowledge base.
• Description of processes, regulations, standards, procedures, instructions.
• Observation of politicians.
• Formation of documents.

You are "our person" if you have:

• Higher education (personnel management, economics, management, legal or other relevant).
• Work experience of 2 years in the field of organizational development, HR analytics or performance management (experience in large companies will be an advantage).
• Understanding the principles of building an organizational structure.
• A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic, sociability.
