We are strengthening our HR function and are looking for a Head of HR Department who will build effective HR management processes and become an important link in the development of corporate culture.

Your key areas of responsibility:

• Organization and control of the full cycle of HR processes: recruitment, adaptation, training, evaluation and development of personnel.

• Formation and implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with the company's goals.

• Managing personnel records and ensuring compliance with the legislation of Ukraine.

• Development and implementation of modern tools for motivating and retaining staff.

• Building a system of training and improving the qualifications of employees.

• Consultative support for department heads on personnel management issues.

• Participation in development corporate culture and internal communications.
