Specialist in operational support of technical processes in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a specialist in the fixed communication team who will be responsible for information and analytical support of service quality, monitoring key indicators and improving technical processes for our customers.

What should be done?

• Prepare and develop information and analytical reports on quality indicators
• Control the accounts of partner employees in the company's information systems
• Test work new functionalities and check their compliance with technical tasks
• Develop data requirements and improve the methodology for determining the quality of service
• Prepare proposals for measures to improve the level of service quality
• Participate in project activities for the development and automation of information systems

You are our match if...

• You have a higher technical or economic education
• Proficient in SQL
• Excellent big data and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word

Would be great if...

• Experience in telecommunications
• Experience in business process analytics or quality management
• You speak English, which will be an additional advantage at work
• Worked with the development of reports in Power BI or SQL
