Duties

• Ensuring smooth operation of office equipment: PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, network equipment.

• Primary diagnosis and resolution of technical problems malfunctions (office equipment, small electrical works).

• Setting up workstations, updating programs, controlling basic security and access systems.

• Overview and support of office infrastructure: cables, sockets, network points, lighting, generator.

• Internet network monitoring and maintenance, assistance with stabilization of Wi-Fi/local networks.

• Technical support of employees: help in solving daily technical issues.

• Performance of other technical tasks related to ensuring the operation of the office.

• Interaction with contractors (repair of equipment, providers, etc.), control of work execution.

• Maintaining order in the warehouse of equipment, small consumables and tools.

Will be a plus

• Experience in configuring access control systems (ACS).

• Understanding the principles of alarm and security systems.

• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, DHCP, IP addressing).

• Skills in working with small tools and basic electrical engineering skills.

• Experience in conducting inventory of technical equipment and keeping relevant documentation.

• Ability to quickly find solutions in non-standard situations.

• Own ideas for optimizing technical processes in office.
